Where Did Miss Blondie Run off To?

It’s been 2 weeks since I’ve posted anything!! 2 weeks!  And i know you all have missed me terribly…okay, so maybe you haven’t even noticed I was gone, but I like to think that you were sitting at your computers on my blog hitting refresh over and over hoping a post would pop up.  It makes me feel good.  And I wish I had a good explanation of where i ran off to…like I joined traveling band of gypsies and we’ve been all over the country doing gypsy like things or something.  Now that would be cool! But no, stuff like that doesn’t happen to me.

I am still alive.  And I am still going to be blogging.  I was just taking a major online hiatus.  I think we all need them from time to time.

I was sick for a while, then Hunter was sick with strep, then we had some company and we were just busy.   Last weekend, Hunter got to see his father for the first time in 4 years and it was spectacular (a word i haven’t used in such a long time and really wanted to put it into a sentence).   We really did have a great weekend with his dad, step-mother, and sister.  Hunter and his dad had some boys only time to bond, they went to a Boston Bruins game, and honestly Hunter hasn’t been this happy in a long time.  Even his therapist noticed a difference.

So, I’m here and I’m back and ready to blog again.  Although I noticed that lately i had been writing a ton of sponsored posts and reviews and i apologize for that.  I’ll try to throw in more personal shit now.  But i am trying to get some moolah to take Hunter to Disney.

So glad he got to see his dad… four years?! That’s MUCH too long! (I’m sure you’re thinking, “tell me about it!”) Glad his therapist could see a difference.
