Lysol No-Touch System Review and Giveaway

As much as we all hate public restrooms because they tend to be on the gross side, the only good thing about them is the hands-free soap dispenser and dryer.  Think about it. Touching the soap dipenser after you and so many others have gone to the bathroom is pretty skeevy.  How many germs are lurking on it? Even in our own home.

Well Lysol has developed a No-Touch Hand Soap System for the home.  I was super excited when I heard about it and even more excited when I got to review one.  I’m so glad that someone finally made a hands-free dispenser that we can use in our homes.

Product Description:

Lysol Healthy Touch No-Touch Hand Soap System helps stop the spread of bacteria because it automatically senses your hands and dispenses antibacterial soap killing 99% of bacteria.   You can use it in your kitchen and bathroom and the soap refills are enriched with moisturizing ingredients and are available in three scents.

Systems are available in:

  • Soothing Cucumber Splash
  • Cleansing Green Tea and Ginger

The refills are available in the above two scents as well as Refreshing Grapefruit Essence.

A Blondes thoughts: I got the Soothing cucumber splash scented system and it smells so good.  The system comes with 4 AA batteries included which is a huge A+ in my book.  There is also an on/off switch on the back, which I recommend using if  your cleaning the sink or else soap is gonna start pouring out.  I seriously love the idea of having a hands free dispenser in my bathroom.  To me, its just another step to keeping my family healthy.

A Blondes Improvements: The system only dispenses one amount of soap and I feel like its too much for smaller hands.  I’d like to see it dispense less soap and if more is needed per person than they can swipe their hands again.

Buy: You can buy the Lysol No-Touch Hand Soap System and refills at grocery, drug, and mass stores nationwide.  The system has a suggested retail price of $14.99 (includes batteries!) and the refills for $3.99

I wipe down doorknobs, phones, etc, with wipes. Thanks!

  36. We wash our hands a lot. We use anti-bacterial gel or wipes after playing at the park, indoor playgrounds, or even visiting the library. We all make a beak with our elbow and cough into it, instead of into our hands. There are tissues located in every room of the house, so they are handy for sneezes or nose-blowing. I keep things clean & wiped down and stress that we shouldn’t rub our noses or eyes with our hands.
